TCC's mission is to reduce barriers to Vocational Training and enhance access to the abundance of information found on the Web.
Although TCC does not develop Educational content, we do re-purpose existing content adding facilitation tools and content features to enhance the experience such as, animations, polling, dilemma break-out sessions, and flip charts so course delivery is not just something you need to take, but something you enjoy consuming. Delivering formal education in this manner is designed to achieve a greater level of Competency Based Outcome.
However, Education is only one of many services TCC developed to enhance the Programs of Organizations, Associations, Community Clubs, Subject Matter Experts in Sport Sciences, Sport Medicine, High Performance Coaching & Skills Training in a quest of supporting a deeper level of connection, engagement and collaboration between them, Coaches and the Athletes they serve.
TCC's key to adoption is found in the platforms ability to use the Content, Services and Applications found on and in your organizational websites as the foundation of every interaction. With TCC, not only can you continue to use, consume and leverage all the assets found within your Sport's Website, you can also discuss it with other coaches, friends, athletes or parents of athletes "LIVE" using your virtual Personal Office, Conference Centre, Sports Campus, or Welcome Centre.
With our focus on how content, services and applications are consumed and shared, we believe we can materially increase Knowledge Sharing & Coaching capacity, reduce costs, reduce Organizational expenses and forge a deeper more engaging connection between the structured sport system, coaches and athletes from Grass Roots to Olympic Levels.
TCC Members can create, host and schedule "Meetings" in their Personal Office or attend all Public "Events" or simply Network with others 24/7/365. Right now ACCESS IS FREE, I urge you and everyone to register take a look around, schedule a meeting, invite friends (basically kick the tires and take a test drive). Visit all the Virtual World Venues and imagine how this service in serving you, may enhance your capabilities as a Sport's Coach.
